It’s not very often that we come across a liquor we’ve never encountered before. That is, until we found out about Glenglassaugh Distillery. Suddenly, we were confronted with an entire line of products that can really only be called “spirits”– because they lack the necessities to be classified in any other way. Then there are the Blushes, which spend their aging time in California Red Wine casks– but, of course, aren’t really wine. If you’re looking for something that’ll have your guests scratching their heads, this is it. Because, face it– who wants to be categorized? Get it here.
