One of the best parts of writing RYE & RIVET is getting the chance to meet some really fascinating people. While talking with Innis from Fine Light Trading the other day for his profile over at BLDG STONEHENGE, we sort of went off-script and ended up discussing what he drinks in the summer (as well as “how insane the internet is”, but that’s another story). Innis was nice enough to pass along his new favorite drink recipe, the Mint Fresca, just for RYE & RIVET. What a guy.
-1 part St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur (to taste)
-3 parts Hendrick’s Gin
-A splash of seltzer
Stir all ingredients with ice in highball glasses. Add a slice of cucumber and enjoy.
