When you think “scarf”, you most likely don’t think “utility”–the prevalence of Keffiyehs around Williamsburg in the 90+ degree heat probably took care of that–but that’s only because your typical scarf isn’t pulling its weight. But it could be, according to the folks at Symmetry. They’ve developed a scarf “system” that allows personalization through interchangeable hardware. First it’s a scarf, then it’s a handy, all-purpose tote. If this sounds gimmicky, then you haven’t looked closely enough– the scarves are made from high-quality Japanese fabrics (chambray among them) and hardware developed exclusively for the project, produced in LA. Sound pretty heavy? We think so, too. Get it here.
