Rye & Rivet was born four years ago this month, as a few scribbles on a piece of notebook paper-- a rough logo sketch, a tagline, and a list of brands that embodied our ideals. It started without a dollar in our pockets and without a domain name. It started without an ounce of knowledge about web design or SEO. But it started with heart, and has always functioned in a manner that references that. Day in and day out, in times of pop-up shops and lean posting months alike, it's been a passion project. But even passion needs a little help to get sparked every once in a while, and that's why we're so excited to introduce the new RYEANDRIVET.COM to you-- it has lit a fire under our asses and reminded us why we love this thing in the first place. Together over Sunday-morning bloody marys and alone over Tuesday-night whiskeys, we've worked to find a better way to bring our content to you-- a better way for you to find what you're looking for, a better way for you to discover new brands, and a better way for you to get in touch with us whenever you like. The result is imperfect, but then, so are all the things we love most-- think of this stage as the holes-in-your-jeans stage. We're just starting to get comfortable. We're just starting to get to the good part.
