If you’re a compulsive scribbler like us, there’s a pretty good chance you have a teetering tower of notebooks hidden somewhere in your closet. Grocery lists, phone numbers, a line of poetic philosophy or two…it’s almost hard to believe that such a wealth of genius could be hidden in that raggedy stack of dog-eared booklets, but there they are. More than once we’ve woken up in a cold sweat after dreaming that our hard-copy correspondances have gone up in flames— but no more. Thanks to the brilliant folks at Field Notes, we’ve got a new escape plan. With their handsome and handy wooden file box, we’re able to store all our volumes of brilliance in one easy-to-handle unit, perfect for snatching in a hurry should the apocalypse come knocking at our door. Sure, as we all learned in Kindergarten, the most important thing in an emergency situation is that we get out of the house alive— but really, if our best and brightest musings go up in smoke, will it be a life worth living? Get it here.
